Tony and I (Christine) have always admired the Bullmastiff Breed and decided to take the plunge in early 2002 and purchase one.
After approximately 6 months of waiting, our boy, Zeus, was finally born on the 20th November 2002. Needless to say we were very excited and nervous about bringing this special boy home.
Our second Bullmastiff, Indy, came along about 1 year 3 months later.
We have recently moved to a larger block of land (approximately 5 acres) in order to extend our Bullmastiff family.
We envisage one day to embark on the journey of breeding our first litter, however we feel we still have much to learn before we attempt that one. We don't believe in jumping into breeding a dog just for the sake of breeding , or, like some, for the hope of financial benefits. Our policy will be to breed after thorough research, when, and only when we are in a position to keep a further dog for ourselves.
In the meantime, we will busy ourselves with learning everything we can about the Bullmastiff breed to ensure we make the best possible choices for our first breeding experience.
